HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Civil Revision Petition No.598 of 2017, ORDER :

Heard both sides. Perused the grounds urged in the revision and impugned order of the lower Court. A perusal of the order no way requires interference but for to say when the plaintiff is not a party to the document, the question of seeking a declaration for invalidation of the sale does not arise but for if ignore leave about the right of any vendee pending suit in a partition to work out any equity if at all available.

With these observation, the Revision is disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
