THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.ABHISHEK REDDY WRIT PETITION No.18982 of 2007 ORDER:

This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed by the petitioners seeking the following relief: " ... declaring the action of the respondents in seeking to dispossess the petitioners from their agricultural land in survey No.1276 admeasuring Ac.4.00 gts. situated in Fort Warangal Village, Warangal District, as arbitrary and illegal ..."

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been issued the new pattadar passbooks and title deeds by the official respondents. Thus, the main grievance of the petitioners is redressed and there is nothing to adjudicate at present in the writ petition.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
