THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION No.13112 of 2005 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner aggrieved by the action of the respondents in demolishing the house and compound wall bearing H.No.15-1/A, Gurumurthy Nagar, Quthbullapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the changed circumstances and in pursuance of filing a new writ petition in W.P.No.43704 of 2016, adjudication of this writ petition is not necessary. In view of the same, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. As a sequel, the Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any shall stand closed.
