The learned counsel for the appellant filed a letter before the Registry stating that he was instructed by his client, ICICI Lombard General Insurance Co., Ltd., to withdraw the appeal.

Hence, the matter came up today under the caption "For Withdrawal'. In view of the contents of the afore-said letter, the MACMA is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, in this MACMA also shall stand dismissed.
