O R D E R

This writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus declaring the action

of the respondents 1 and 2 in not taking action against the respondent No.3 and 4 in resorting to unauthorised constructions in premises bearing M.N.No.8-2-418/2, Road No.4, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad inspite of representation dated 07.02.2011, as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the respondents to remove all unauthorised constructions.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the grievance of the petitioner is redressed as the respondent-Corporation has issued notice under Section 636 of the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955 and demolished the unauthorised constructions. As such, the cause in the writ petition no longer survives for adjudication.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending, if any shall stand closed.
