THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN CIVIL RIVISION PETITION NO.4457 of 2016 ORDER:

The only grievance with which the petitioner has come up with the above revision petition is that her application under Order XXXVIII Rule 5 has not been disposed of for the past more than one year.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. In the light of the limited grievance, this revision petition is disposed of, even at the admission stage directing the Court below to dispose of the application for attachment before the judgment one way or the other within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
