Sri P. Shiv Kumar, learned counsel for the appellants, would report no instructions, as the appellants, despite communications from him, have not turned up.

2. Though, the appeal relates to the year 1997 and innumerable chances were afforded to tender arguments, but the appellants have not availed the opportunities. It itself reflects that the appellants are not inclined to prosecute the appeal.

3. The present appeal is already dismissed for default against respondent No.9.

4. The appeal is, therefore, dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
