It is stated that the interim order granted by this Court on 29.12.2017 in WP.MP.No.53471 of 2017 in WP.No.43116 of 2017 was vacated by the learned Single Judge of this Court on 23.01.2020.

Therefore, this Contempt Case filed against the respondents for willful violation of the said order no longer survives for adjudication and it is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs. 3.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand dismissed.
