THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.441 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioners challenging the order of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Special Mobile Court, Eluru dated 5.01.2016 whereby the learned magistrate dismissed Crl.M.P.No.9705 of 2015 in DVC No.25 of 2014 filed by the petitioners under Section 91 Cr.P.C. requesting the Court to issue summons to the employer of the complainant-respondent herein to produce her salary certificate and other relating documents.

After arguing for sometime, the learned counsel for the petitioner instead of seeking main relief, prayed this Court to direct the trial Court to dispose of the DVC at the earliest. In the circumstances of the case, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the DVC No.25 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible, more preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Criminal Revision Case is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
