When the matter is taken up on written instructions, the learned Government Pleader submits that Police registered FIR No. 59/2018 on the file of Station House Officer, Kalla Police Station, West Godavari District. A copy of the FIR is also placed on record. 2.

In view of the same, nothing further survives for the adjudication of the Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no orders as to costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
