Learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the appeal suit and to that effect, he has filed a letter dated 05.11.2019 in the Registry. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Appeal Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No costs.
