Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to avail appropriate remedies available under law and it is stated that he also filed letter, dated 22-07-2015 before the Registrar (Judicial) to that effect. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
