THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT CIVIL REVISON PETITION No.1210 of 2017 ORDER:

The revision is directed against the endorsement dated 13-02-2017.

After perusing the prayer in the application and also the objections with which the I.A. is returned, this court is of the view that no exception for return of application can be taken. However, the marking of document is subject to any legal infirmity etc. The revision petitioner can always raise all objections available within the four corners of law and it is for the trial court to consider and dispose of the suit uninfluenced by the return endorsement.

With the above observation, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
