This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner - accused No.1, under sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C., seeking bail in Crime No.77 of 2015 on the file of V.Madugula Police Station, Visakhapatnam, registered for the offences punishable under Section 20(b)(1) read with Section 8(c) of NDPS Act, 1985.

The petitioner-accused No.1 along with four other accused alleged to have been found in possession of huge quantity of 160 Kgs of ganja, which is commercial quantity.
