HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.10604 of 2015 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/accused under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in S.C.No.6 of 2014 on the file of VII Additional District Judge-cum-Special Court for the offence under Schedule Castes and Schedule Tribes, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar.

2) The defacto-complainant and the accused in person representing through advocates are present and they want to compound the above offences. Having heard the parties permission is thereby accorded as the parties stated that they amicably settled the matter to purchase peace and permit to compound the above offences. Accordingly, the offences are compounded in terms of their compromise at the instance of the defacto-complainant since present with the accused.

3) Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and all the proceedings relating to S.C.No.6 of 2014 on the file of VII Additional District Judge-cum-Special Court for the offence under Schedule Castes and Schedule Tribes, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, are quashed. The bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
