This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short "Cr.P.C.") seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.41 of 2016 of Machavaram Police Station, Guntur District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 468, 417, 418, 420, 464, 471, 474 read with 34 IPC, against the petitioners/A.1 and A.2.

Learned Additional Pubic Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent-State, on instructions, submits that the police after completion of investigation in the aforesaid crime filed Charge Sheet and no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. 3.

Recording the same, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
