HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE GUDISEVA SHYAM PRASAD CRIMINAL PETITION No.8089 of 2011 ORDER :

As there was no representation for the petitioners for the last several occasions, on 09.04.2018 the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "FOR DISMISSAL". Even today, despite the matter being listed under the caption "FOR DISMISSAL", when the matter is called, learned counsel for the petitioners is not present and there is no representation on his behalf. It appears that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the matter. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Interim stay granted by this Court on 10.10.2011 shall stand vacated.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
