Sri G. Rama Gopal, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 5 is present.

Hence, the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the appeal, stand disposed of.
