THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.925 of 2012 ORDER:

This revision is filed by the petitioner under Section 397 read with 401 Cr.P.C. challenging the judgment dated 18.05.2012 in M.C.No.28 of 2011 on the file of the Court of II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Tenali.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of the revision petition, the petitioner died. He further submitted that in view of the death of the petitioner, the purpose of filing of the criminal revision petition has become infructuous and no further orders need be passed in this revision petition.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any in this revision, shall stand closed.
