THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN Contempt Case No.122 of 2013 ORDER:

Both Sri D.Kasim Saheb, learned counsel for the petitioners, and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue would agree that, as an order was passed on 28.03.2013, the order of this Court, violation of which is alleged in this Contempt Case, has been complied with. Sri D.Kasim Saheb, learned counsel for the petitioners, states that the petitioners would question the validity of the said order in appropriate legal proceedings.

As an order has been passed by the authority on 28.03.2013, the order passed by this Court earlier has been complied with. I see no reason, therefore, to proceed against the respondents under the Contempt of Courts Act. The Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed.
