THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 33061 OF 2017 O R D E R:

The complaint of the petitioner in this writ petition is that in spite of registering FIR No.106 of 2016 on the file of Bhadrachalam Town Police Station, no proper investigation is being done by the Police.

Learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana), on the basis of written instructions, dated 10.10.2017, submits that the investigation is in the concluding stage and at any rate, within two months, charge sheet would be filed.

Recording the submission made by the learned Government Pleader, the writ petition is closed. However, respondent Nos.2 to 4 are directed to adhere to the time schedule as submitted before this Court.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed.
