Appellant is aggrieved by orders of Tahsildar dated 06-02-2018, wherein a direction was issued to the Village Revenue Officer to implement the name of Daggula Vekatamma to land to an extent of Ac.2-35 guntas at Gadhiryal Village, Gandeed Mandal, Mahaboobnagar District. He preferred appeal under Section 90 of Andhra Pradesh (Telangana area) Tenancy and Agriculture land Act, 1950 to the Joint Collector. The Joint Collector assigned appeal No.F1/13964/2018. Alleging inaction on the appeal preferred by the petitioner, this writ petition is filed.

02. It appears from the Ex.P.2 that appeal was assigned appeal No. F1/13964/2018. If that is so, Joint Collector is directed to dispose of above appeal as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months after affording due opportunity to respective parties and assigning reasons in support of the decision.
