This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 7 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.470 of 2016 of Pet Basheerabad Police Station, Cyberabad. 2.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 21.10.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the police after completion of investigation in the subject crime, referred the same as "False" on 15.07.2019 and a final report is filed before the learned Special Sessions Judge for SC/ST Cases, L.B.Nagar. 4.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
