THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.21458 of 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "...to issue any writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the official respondents trying to dispossess the petitioners from the subject property bearing No. 3-6-364 & 3-6-364/A, consisting of ground floor 1200 Sft and cellar 1200 Sft Liberty Building, Basheer Bagh, Hyderabad-500029 wherein the petitioners are running hotel business in the name and style of "New Anand Vihar" at the behest of the unofficial respondent No.7 as is illegal, arbitrary, and in violation of Article 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India besides in violation of principles of natural justice, in violation of GHMC Act and Rules there under, and also in violation of the observations made while disposing the W.A.No.

741 of 2017, consequently direct the official respondents not to dispossess/evict the petitioners from the subject property bearing No. 3-6-364 & 36364/A, consisting of ground floor 1200 Sft and cellar 1200 Sft Liberty Building, Basheer Bagh, Hyderabad-500 029 in the name of demolition except by following due process of law..." 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development (Telangana) for respondent No.1 and learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 4.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by Sri P.Kesava Rao, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 4, that respondents 2 to 4 are not interfering with the subject property. A request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to place the said statement on record and dispose of the writ petition. 4.

Accordingly, recording the statement of learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 4, the writ petition is disposed of.
