This Contempt Case is filed by petitioner alleging that the respondent, as Executive Officer of 2nd respondent-Temple in CRP.No.5872 of 2012, had demanded the petitioner to pay rent in spite of the fact that the order dt.25.07.2012 in I.A.No.1897 of 2011 in O.A.No.926 of 2011 of the Andhra Pradesh Endowments Tribunal, Hyderabad was stayed by this Court in CRP.No.5872 of 2012.

Admittedly, the letter of respondent demanding rent from petitioner is dated 31.01.2015 while the stay order dt.26.11.2012 in CRP.No.5872 of 2012 of the proceedings, pursuant to order dt.25.07.2012 in I.A.No.1897 of 2011 in O.A.No.926 of 2011, was granted only for a period of three (03) weeks. Therefore, on the day when the respondent demanded petitioner to pay rent, there was no subsisting stay order in favour of petitioner. Therefore, it cannot be said that there is any disobedience by respondent of the order dt.26.11.2012 in CRP.No.5872 of 2012.

3. In this view of the matter, I do not find any merit in the Contempt Case, and it is accordingly closed. No order as to costs.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending,
