This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.'), is filed to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.28 of 2012 on the file of Gudur Police Station, Kurnool District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149 and 324 IPC and Section 3 (i) (x) of SCs and STs ( POA) Act. During hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh represented that C.C.No.646 of 2013 relating to Cr.No.28 of 2012 on the file of Gudur Police Station, Kurnool District, was ended in acquittal, vide judgment dated 05.2.2014. In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand dismissed.
