HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 2075 OF 2022 O R D E R:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C.") seeking to enlarge the petitioner/Accused No.1 on bail in connection with Crime No.19 of 2022 on the file of Pochampally Police Station, Yadadri Bhongir District registered for the offences punishable under Section 370(A)(2) of Indian Penal Code and Sections 3, 4 and 5 of Prevention of Immoral Traffic Act, 1956.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the record.

As seen from the remand report, on 08.02.2022 the police on credible information that a brothel house was being run in the residential premises of the petitioner, raided the said premises in the presence of mediators and found the petitioner and two others in the said premises. The two others are victims namely Kamsani Rathnamma/LW7 and Kamsani Laxmi/LW8. Certain seizures were also effected.

The learned counsel for the petitioner argues that both LW7 and LW8 are the close relatives of the petitioner, which is not in dispute and she is languishing in jail since 08.02.2022. 5.

The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor when questioned, informed that no other cases are pending against the petitioner. 6.

In the said circumstances, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner/Accused No.1 on certain terms and conditions: i) The petitioner/Accused No.1 is directed to be released on bail on her executing personal bond for Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties for likesum each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial First Class Magistrate at Choutuppal.

ii) The petitioner shall appear before the Station House Officer, Pochampally Police Station for a period of eight (8) weeks, on every Sunday between 10.00 A.M to 12.00 Noon. iii) After release from jail, the petitioner/accused No.1 shall not in any manner indulge in any activity attracting the offences alleged.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed. 7.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
