At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner/A.1 submitted that he was instructed by the petitioner/A.1 to withdraw the revision case and sought permission of this Court for withdrawing the revision case.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
