Today, by a separate order passed in L.A.A.S.M.P.No.427 of 2017, we have declined to condone the delay of 270 days in filing this appeal. As a sequel to the said order, this Appeal stands rejected. 3.

As a sequel to rejection of the Appeal, L.A.A.S.M.P.No.428 of 2017 filed by the appellant for interim relief stands dismissed as infructuous.
