Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent No.3 in taking appropriate action as against the representation dated 10.12.2015 made by the petitioners, as illegal and arbitrary. 4.

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioners restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondent-authorities to dispose of the representation dated 10.12.2015 made by the petitioners, at the earliest. 5.

Learned Government Pleader submits that the said representation may be directed to be disposed of, if the same is still pending consideration.

Having regard to the above, the respondent-authorities shall dispose of the representation dated 10.12.2015, in accordance with law, after hearing all the aggrieved persons, as early as possible, if the said representation is still pending consideration. 7.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
