Mr.Vedula Venkatarama, at the outset, invited our attention to Rule 150 of the Petroleum Rules, 2002 and submitted that the appellants may be permitted to withdraw this appeal with liberty to them to approach the

concerned authority for cancellation of 'No Objection Certificate' issued by the second respondent.
