This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner-accused No.1, under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., to grant pre arrest bail in Crime No.173 of 2016 on the file of the Station House Officer, Kodangal Police Station, Mahaboobnagar District.

At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted.
