THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.19781 OF 2016 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner company is that respondents 2 and 3 are not considering the representations dated 23.11.2015 and 23.01.2016 and not taking necessary action for providing protection for erection of Roof Top poles on the building bearing H.No.2-108/3/14 situated at Shivapuri Enclave, Boduppal, Ghatkesar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

However, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation at the earliest. The same is not seriously opposed by the respondents. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondents 2 and 3 to consider the representations dated 23.11.2015 and 23.01.2016 made by the petitioner company in accordance with the due procedure laid down by law. This exercise shall be completed expeditiously and in any event, not later than four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
