Counsel for the petitioners states that the order impugned in this Revision is an order adjudicating the amount of mesne profits to be paid by the respondents to the petitioners and since the said order is in the nature of a decree, the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the Revision and file an appeal.

Admittedly, the order passed is an appealable order. Therefore, granting liberty as sought by the petitioners, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
