Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner fairly conceded that Crl.P.No.16193 of 2016 filed by the petitioner for grant of bail, was dismissed by this court vide order dated 22.11.2016 and thereafter, charge sheet has been filed, however, not approached the Sessions Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the court to withdraw the criminal petition, with a liberty to approach the Sessions Court.

Permission granted with liberty as prayed.
