Zainab Fathima, v. The Government Of Andhra Pradesh,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION NO.577 OF 2014 ORDER:
There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3 placed on record, the written instructions dated 29.08.2019 and 09.09.2019 issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Ramachandrapuram P.S., Cyberabad Commissionerate. From the perusal of the written instructions, it is evident that one Pawar Babulal lodged a complaint with respondent No.3 with regard to a woman missing case and accordingly, respondent No.3 registered a case in Crime No.585/2013 of U/H Woman Missing. During the course of investigation, the missing woman was traced out on 09.01.2014, upon which, her 164 Cr.P.C. statement was recorded.
After obtaining permission from the Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Ramachandrapuram, the case was referred as 'Action Dropped' and a final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate of First Class on 28.02.2014. It is specifically denied in the written instructions that respondent No.3 interfered with the life and liberty of the petitioner and the said allegation is false and baseless. The above said written instructions are made part of record.
Taking the above facts into consideration, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
