HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.7824 of 2015 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/A1 to A3 under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in crime No.214 of 2015 of Amberpet Police Station, Hyderabad, for the offence punishable under Sections 386 I.P.C.

The defacto-complainant and the accused in person representing through advocates are present and they want to compound the above offence, as they settled the matter amicably at the intervention of elders.

Though the offence under Section 386 I.P.C. is not compoundable under Section 320 Cr.P.C. by invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C. the same is compounded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and all the proceedings relating to crime No.214 of 2015 of Amberpet Police Station, Hyderabad, are quashed. The bail bonds of the petitioners, if any, shall stand cancelled.
