Learned counsel for the petitioners in both the writ petitions submits that the Government has issued G.O.Ms.No.279, Revenue (Assn.-1) Department dated 04.07.2016 and in pursuance of the same the Government has issued Memo No.16092/Assn-II/1/2013, dated 06.03.2018; and that these writ petitions can be disposed of directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners in terms of the aforesaid G.Os.

The same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the same, both the writ petitions are disposed of directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners in terms of the aforesaid G.O.Ms.No.279, dated 04.07.2016 and the subsequent Memo dated 06.03.2018.
