THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.544 of 2018 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the order dated 15.06.2016, passed by this Court in WP.No.18455 of 2016, wherein and whereby this Court directed the 3rd respondent to dispose of the application filed by the petitioners for mutation of their names in revenue records, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

The respondent filed counter affidavit stating that the application of the petitioner was considered and rejected by passing a reasoned order vide Memo No.B/3483/2017, dated 12.01.2018, as such, there is no violation of the orders passed by this Court. In view of the above, I do not see any violation of the orders passed by this Court.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said Memo dated 12.01.2018, in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
