Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to approach the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tibunal (APAT), Hyderabad.

According to the respondents also, the APAT has jurisdiction to deal with the employees of Municipal Corporation under the AP Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985.

Therefore, granting liberty as sought, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
