This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/ accused
No.1, under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.61 of 2015 of Anantapur Rural Police Station, Anantapur for the offences punishable under Sections 418, 465 and 109 IPC.
2) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/ accused No.1 as well as 1st respondent-State represented by learned Public prosecutor before admission and before ordering notice to 2nd respondent-de facto complainant and perused the material.
3) The factual matrix on hand of the Criminal Proceedings pending investigation does not admit for quashing the FIR but for outcome of civil litigation of so called Crime occurred on 24.01.1979, which is contended by the de facto complainant as forged outcome, to the entitlement of concession of bail by the petitioners, the Criminal Petition is disposed of giving liberty to petitioner to surrender himself before the learned Magistrate concerned and move for regular bail with notice to Assistant public prosecutor concerned, in such an event the learned Magistrate shall grant bail on the same day with necessary conditions. Needless to say at post bail stage, pending investigation, his presence may be dispensed with before the Court. Any further remedy of the petitioners, if any, in the event of after police filing final report and taking cognizance by the Magistrate.

Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
