Petitioner claims that she owns land to an extent of Ac.4-37 1⁄2 guntas in Sy.No.158/A1-2 of Nagaram Village, Valigonda Mandal, Yadadri Bhongir District, whereas in the online record only Ac.4-00 guntas is reflected deleting 37 1⁄2 guntas. Having come to know that there is wrong deletion of extent of land belonging to the petitioner, a representation was made on 15-10-2018. Alleging inaction, this writ petition is filed.

Since the representation is already made seeking rectification of records acknowledged by the Tahsildar on 15-10-2018, without expressing any opinion on merits, writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent-Tahsildar to examine the grievance of the petitioner and to take decision as warranted by law by assigning due reasons in support of decision taken by him and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
