THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No.917 OF 2015 ORDER: (per Challa Kodanda Ram, J) This contempt case is filed alleging non-compliance of the judgment dated 09.12.2013, passed by this Court in WA No.1617 of 2013.

By the aforesaid judgment, this Court allowed the writ appeal by setting aside G.O.Ms.No.182 dated 05.11.1998. It may be noted that this order enables the petitioner to function as Khazi. Now the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a direction may be issued to the respondent to give certain forms and other books to the petitioner for his effective functioning as Khazi. As the aforesaid submission would create an independent cause of action, the petitioner has to work out the remedies in accordance with law.
