CVNR, J WP 7023/2013 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents herein in interfering with the transportation of sand by the petitioners from Odisha State to Andhra Pradesh State and intercepting the Lorries with sand load when they enter into Andhra Pradesh State with valid permits without any authority as arbitrary, illegal and contrary to the A.P. Minor Mineral Concessions Rules, 1966 and violation of Articles 19(1)(g) and 302 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere with the transportation of sand by the petitioners from Odisha State to Andhra Pradesh State and not intercept the lorries when entered Andhra Pradesh State with valid permits."

At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioners. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order dt.22.4.2013 passed in W.P.M.P. No.8796 of 2013 shall stand vacated and the said application shall stand disposed of as infructuous. _______________________ C.V.
