HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P. No.6410 OF 2018 ORDER:

The petitioner complains against inaction of respondents in disposing of representation dated 17.01.2018 for conducting survey and demarcation of petitioner's land measuring Acs.5.00 in Survey No.1170/ 1 of Thadur Village, Thangallapalli Mandal, Rajanna Siricilla District.

In the circumstances, this Court is of the view that the writ petition can be disposed of by this order:

The respondents 4 and 5 are directed to dispose of the representation dated 17.01.2018 filed by the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Surveyor is under obligation to issue notice to all the persons who have claim on identification of boundaries and demarcation of respective extents.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
