Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development for the 1st respondent, Sri Y. Rama Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for the 3rd and 4th respondents. 2.

This writ petition is filed seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the objection petition dated 28.03.2019 filed by the petitioners in finalizing the layout on D.D. Layout No.678930, dated 05.11.2018, for the land in Sy.No.185, situated at Shankarpally Village and Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal and arbitrary.

The limited grievance of the petitioners is that as their land is included in Sy.No.185, they filed objections on 28.03.2019 with respect to the application made by the 5th respondent for approval of the final layout for the land in the said survey number. Therefore, it would be appropriate to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the objections of the petitioners dated 28.03.2019 before granting the final layout with respect to the land in Sy.No.185 in favour of the 5th respondent.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
