The Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not issuing call letters for the interviews scheduled to be conducted from 18.05.2007 or any other subsequent date to the post of Junior Lineman as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

This Court, by order dated 16.05.2007, granted interim direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners for the post of Junior Linemen along with others as per law. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the interim order passed by this Court, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition.
