This revision petition is filed under Section 115 CPC challenging the orders dated 03.06.2013 in I.A.No.20 of 2012 in A.S.SR.No.41 of 2012 on the file of the Court of Principal District Judge, Ranga Reddy District, at L.B.Nagar, Hyderabad. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioners to avail the remedies available to them under law. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed. _____________________ T.SUNIL CHOWDARY, J April 7, 2017.
