This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.255 of 2013 on the file of Kovvur Town Police Station, West Godavari District, registered for the offence under Section 406 read with Section 34 IPC, against the petitioners/A1 and A2.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the first respondent, on instructions, reports that after trial, the petitioners/A1 and A2 were acquitted in the aforesaid case and therefore, no further orders are required to be passed in this criminal petition. Copy of judgment is also filed.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is closed. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
