This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not implementing the orders of the Tribunal in OA.No.9481/2010, dated 26.03.2013.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services.

Since it is stated that the order of the Tribunal has become final, respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.12.2016 and implement the orders of the Tribunal in OA.No.9481/2010, dated 26.03.2013, within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
